Between 2015 – 2018, number of Infra support services contracts grew by ~65% (CAGR).... B&I is the fastest growing service in business services. It witnessed a growth of ~35% over last three years.... In the Americas, the enterprise spending within retail industry increased by 50% in the last 10 years.... In the EMEA, enterprise spending within TTL industry increased by ~70% in the last 10 years.... Within APAC, the enterprise spending within Energy industry increased by 100% in the last 10 years.... In the Americas, the ACV of deals signed across procurement increased by 41%.... Within APAC, the ACV of deals signed across BPO bundled services grew by 43%.... HRO witnessed a decline by 45% from 2014 – 2018. Platforms are on the rise.... Contract award volume (ACV>$5M) has increased 9 percent over 2017 and reached an all-time high of 1,726 contracts signed in 2018.... Since 2014, only nine of the 27 vertical industries defined in the Forbes® Global 2000 have achieved a positive CAGR for their TCV totals.... The average annual value for outsourcing contracts (> $5 million) has dropped by more than 30 percent in last 10 years.... In 2019, there are 1,407 outsourcing contracts that are collectively worth $25 billion due to expire.... In Americas, the Large Indian category had the greatest year-over-year market share gain of TCV awarded in 2018.... Top three verticals with expiring contracts in 2019 include banking ($3.6 billion), transportation ($2.6 billion) and telecommunication services ($2.1 billion)....
