The ISG Star of Excellence Awards™ rankings were derived from ISG's groundbreaking global 2019 "Voice of the Customer" Service and Technology Provider Perception and Performance Study, completed in September 2019.
In 2019, we surveyed more than 100 service providers through 1,400+ buy-side enterprise executives from more than 600+ enterprises. The enterprise respondents all had direct exposure to providers and represent a broad cross section of industries, company sizes, geographies and areas of responsibility.
